Organising and managing collaborative innovation in spaces in-between: Experiences from Sweden
Anna Yström
Assistant Professor, Chalmers University of Technology
Date: Friday, October 28th, 2016, from 12PM to 2PM
Location: Salle Xerox, 1st floor (yellow section), Building CSC, HEC Montréal
(The seminar will be given in English only)
As more and more organisations are engaging in collaborative innovation to tap into knowledge from different sources and co-create solutions to complex problems, new spaces for innovation have opened up “in-between” the established organisations. Such spaces can be understood as a form of emergent organising that challenges some of our previous assumptions about (innovation) management.
In this seminar, Anna Yström, Assistant Professor at Chalmers University of Technology and visiting researcher at the Department of Management at HEC, will share some insights on the complex nature of managing and organising collaborative innovation from a few Swedish cases of spaces “in-between”, also featured in recent publications.
