Summary: Central question of the development of innovation, creativity nurtures innovation process and needs to develop at all levels of an organization. The literature on organizational creativity reflects a wealth of analytical levels (individual, group, organization, environment), a variety of theoretical approaches (componential, interactionist and evolutionist), and multiple empiries (creative industries sector traditional…). But it lacks a unifying concept located at the macro level of the organization to unify all this work. That’s why Guy Parmentier proposes closer organizational creativity aware of organizational capacity. Creativity is then seen as a complex organizational ability, creative ability, an ability that could feed the dynamic capabilities bringing the ideas necessary for the development and renewal of the organization.
