Mosaic is an accelerator of innovation and creativity. Its mission is to help leaders and organizations rethink management and develop creative skills for innovation. Every year, Mosaic organizes the Summer School on Creativity and Innovation Management, an intensive 2-week program designed to compare creative approaches and practices from a diversity of disciplines with emphasis on professional visits to innovative companies and organisations.  These 2-weeks can lead to improbable encounters between incredible people like Erik Grab, VP of Strategic Innovation at Michelin, alumni of the 2017 Summer School, and Madanmohan Rao, founding member of TiE and Research Director at YourStory, and alumni of the 2014 Summer School, 2016 and 2017.

At a conference in Bangalore moderated by Madanmohan RaoErik Grab spoke about the challenges of future transportation and of sustainable mobility. Many new ideas were voiced. It was a great evening!

Ride-sharing, smart cars, intelligent logistics, IoT sensors for traffic monitoring, electric cars, metro train lines - these are just some of the waves of innovation sweeping the world of sustainable transportation. Cities like Bangalore feel these problems acutely. Can Bangalore also create more solutions to these problems? What are the new trends in this space? Where is the innovation opportunity? How can such solutions be scaled up? Join this discussion to present your ideas!
