The Upside-Down Model – Co-creation, Communities, and Innovation
Anne Déroulède and Jean-Marc Djian found inspiration for their book, The Upside-Down Model, at the 2017 Summer School. Immersed in an environment of ideas and collaboration, the authors were inspired to explore the dynamics of innovation communities. This exploration ultimately led to the book.
Their thinking was shaped not only by the Summer School experience but also by the book Communities, co-authored by Mosaic co-directors Patrick Cohendet and Laurent Simon, and countless conversations with passionate participants who offered new ideas. The result is a book that celebrates the power of co-creation and the communities that drive innovation.
