LAVAL ÉCONOMIQUE
Support Project: “Study on the Evaluation of the TEMMRA Program”
TEMMRA is a strategic platform launched by Laval Économique that integrates and coordinates six innovation ecosystems to address major societal challenges. The platform aims to create blended value—economic, social, and environmental. In this project, the university researchers from Mosaic HEC Montréal act as “local orchestrators” and neutral facilitators. They promote the flow of knowledge and guide the innovation process across the different sub-ecosystems.
LAVAL ÉCONOMIQUE
Strategic Mapping of the Sustainable Mobility Ecosystem in Laval
In collaboration with Laval Économique, we aim to explore opportunities for innovation in sustainable mobility in Laval. Leveraging Laval Économique’s deep knowledge of the local economic landscape, we will develop alternatives that reduce dependence on automobiles. The collaboration begins with an in-depth analysis of past, present, and anticipated future challenges through the application of scenario planning methods.

Strategic Mapping of the Éminence Grise Ecosystem in Laval
Éminence Grise, a TEMMRA innovation sub-ecosystem, addresses the challenges of aging in Laval by carrying out projects that promote the well-being and autonomy of seniors. A Mosaic HEC Montréal researcher acts as a local orchestrator, engaging over 80 stakeholders to co-create innovative and sustainable solutions.
IVADO
Project to Evaluate the Impact of IVADO Activities and Identify Potential Services
The project aims to understand the satisfaction and impact generated by IVADO’s offerings, based on the AI maturity level of its members.
The Mosaic research team will use a research project evaluation methodology inspired by BETA (Bureau d’Économie Théorique Appliquée, University of Strasbourg) to assess the impact generated by IVADO. This methodology has been used to measure the impact of numerous European projects.
Past research
TransMedtech – POLYTECHNIQUE MONTREAL (2020)
As part of this study, we aim to conduct an in-depth analysis of how transportation hubs can serve as the heart of innovation ecosystems related to mobility issues. Specifically, we will examine how digital technologies are advancing Canadian expertise in next-generation mobility products and services for the aerospace industry, land transportation, and urban development.
