Strategic Mapping of the Sustainable Mobility Ecosystem in Laval

Mosaic is responsible for carrying out the “Strategic Mapping of the Sustainable Mobility Ecosystem in Laval.” This is the first step in realizing the city’s new innovation vision, known as TEMMRA. The TEMMRA approach positions Laval as a “territory of experimentation,” where the success of new initiatives depends on community mobilization and participation. Therefore, engaging stakeholders to identify real issues and co-design relevant, effective solutions is crucial.

The identification process goes far beyond creating a simple directory. It is a systematic analysis aimed at understanding the complete dynamics of the ecosystem. The process begins with identifying and classifying direct and indirect stakeholders. For each identified stakeholder, the project seeks to characterize their interests, expectations, and aspirations regarding sustainable mobility with precision. This analysis helps understand each stakeholder’s potential contributions and identify possible barriers. The goal is to create detailed profiles of each stakeholder group, understanding not only who they are, but also what motivates them and how they can participate.
